Children’s and adult’s Private (and small group) sessions will now be held in a Downtown Kingston location. To celebrate the New Year and to help you create NEW Beginnings, all NEW students will be offered a considerable discount for their first PRIVATE classes!
The following Private Session Package deals include a variety of budget options for one hour sessions:
First Session Package: $25 ($45 savings)
First Two Sessions Package: $55 ($75 savings)
First 3 Session Package: $85 ($110 savings)

*Already a student? Recommend a new student that benefits from this offer and receive $10 off as many sessions as the package deal they choose for themselves.
* Adult sessions: One hour sessions are discounted as above, custom package will be altered to fit needs requiring longer sessions. Adult options include, but are not limited to: yoga, energy work, Chakra blockage clearing and balancing, cord cutting, and Yoga Nidra sessions. Available session times: Daytime (before 3pm), evenings (6:30 pm or later), or weekend sessions.
Session availability starts January 2, 2017. ***All payment for discount packages must be made in full by December 31st, and available booking for the discount packages for children are for *Weekend Sessions only*. Must book all sessions upon purchase. You may choose to split the cost with a friend for a small group experience (up to 3 students), if desired.
